2. Services Description

Rogers Fibre provides residential and commercial fibre optic installation, cable management, and related telecommunications services in the Greater Toronto Area.

3. Service Agreements

All installation and maintenance services are subject to:

• A written service agreement signed by both parties
• Site assessment and feasibility confirmation
• Payment terms as specified in the service agreement
• Compliance with local building codes and regulations

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements
• Additional charges may apply for scope changes or unforeseen circumstances

5. Warranties

Our installation services come with:

• Workmanship warranty for a period specified in the service agreement
• Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials
• 24/7 emergency support for active service contracts

6. Limitation of Liability

Rogers Fibre shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party service provider failures
• Pre-existing conditions in customer premises

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled service
• Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the service agreement
• Deposits are non-refundable for custom equipment orders

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rogers Fibre and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
